Job Description

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Fabricator to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will use their expertise in fabrication to enhance manufacturing processes and maintain our reputation for excellence in product development. Your work will involve reading and interpreting blueprints, operating heavy machinery, and constructing quality products.

***Note: only ITI (Welder)/Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical can apply who has experience in Quality Fabrication in a small scale manufacturing industry and living nearby Kondhwa area Pune***

Responsibilities

  • Read, interpret and follow blueprints and engineering plans to construct quality parts and assemblies.
  • Utilize a variety of tools and equipment such as welders, cutters, shapers, and measuring tools to shape materials.
  • Inspect and test finished products for functionality and adherence to specifications.
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
  • Coordinate with other team members and departments to optimize the manufacturing process.
  • Assist in the enhancement of fabrication methods, seeking efficiency and reduction of costs.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Fabricator or similar role within the manufacturing industry.
  • Proficient in using electrical and manual equipment and measurement tools.
  • Strong understanding of metallurgy and materials science.
  • Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and blueprints.
  • Keen attention to detail and a result-driven approach.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; further education or certification in engineering or manufacture is a plus.
  • Age 45+ and should be living around Kondhwa area (Retired person is also welcomed)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25, ₹30,000.00 per month
