Quality Executive in a fabrication shop is responsible for ensuring that all fabricated products meet established quality standards and specifications. This role involves overseeing quality control processes, conducting inspections, analyzing data, and collaborating with other teams to improve overall quality and efficiency. Key responsibilities include implementing quality control procedures, identifying defects, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

- **Quality Control Implementation**:Develop and implement quality control procedures and systems for the fabrication process, ensuring adherence to industry standards and regulations.
- **Inspection and Testing**:Conduct thorough inspections and testing of fabricated components at various stages of production, using appropriate tools and techniques.
- **Defect Identification and Analysis**:Identify defects, non-conformances, and areas for improvement in the fabrication process, and conduct root cause analysis to prevent recurrence.
- **Data Analysis and Reporting**:Collect and analyze quality data, generate reports on quality performance, and present findings to management for decision-making.
- **Collaboration and Communication**:Collaborate with engineering, production, and other teams to resolve quality issues, implement corrective actions, and improve overall quality.
- **Process Improvement**:Drive continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to enhance fabrication processes, reduce waste, and improve product quality.
- **Documentation and Record Keeping**:Maintain accurate records of quality control activities, including inspection reports, test results, and non-conformance data.
- **Training and Mentoring**:May be involved in training and mentoring junior team members on quality control procedures and best practices.
- **Compliance**:Ensure compliance with relevant quality standards, regulations, and company policies.

Pay: ₹10,921.98 - ₹44,342.33 per month
