Job Summary:

MrMed is seeking an experienced
Accounts Executive
to manage and oversee the day-to-day accounting and financial operations of the organization. The role involves handling supplier payments, reconciliations, statutory compliance (GST, TDS), and preparation of MIS and financial reports. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring accurate financial reporting, smooth audit coordination, and effective budget monitoring. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in accounting software such as Tally ERP/SAP are essential for success in this role.

Job Location
: T. Nagar, Chennai

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including supplier payments, journal entries, general ledger, and reconciliations.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements(MIS) as per statutory/investors requirements.
  • Handle accounts payable and receivable, vendor reconciliations, and expense tracking.
  • Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, and other statutory filings.
  • Assist in the finalization of accounts and coordination with internal/external auditors.
  • Manage payroll accounting, provisions, and accruals.
  • Monitor budget utilization and support management with financial analysis and MIS reports.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Minimum 
    4–6 years
     of experience in accounting and finance, preferably in a corporate environment.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting standards, GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances.
  • Proficiency in 
    Tally ERP / SAP / Excel
     and other accounting software.
