The COO will be the execution engine of the company—responsible for turning strategy into measurable results, driving profitability, enforcing discipline across all departments, and scaling operations sustainably across clinics, D2C, academies, tech, and new ventures.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Business Operations & Execution 
- Oversee daily operations across clinics, online sales, marketing, HR, finance, and tech. 
- Ensure all SOPs, KRAs, KPIs, and reporting systems are 100% implemented and monitored.
- Own P&L delivery with revenue, cost efficiency, and profitability targets.
- Team Leadership & Department Performance 
- Lead, supervise, and align department heads:Operations, Marketing, Sales, HR, Finance, Tech, Training, Inventory, CRM. 
- Conduct daily/weekly review meetings and push accountability culture.
- Build second-line leadership and succession-ready teams.
- Strategic Scale-up & Expansion 
- Execute expansion plans for new clinics, D2C verticals, academies, and AI/tech automations. 
- Benchmark performance across cities and replicate best models.
- Coordinate launch timelines, resource planning, and operational readiness.
- Process Excellence & System Building 
- Strengthen SOP enforcement across departments. 
- Introduce automation, CRM governance, dashboards, and data-driven decision systems.
- Plug operational leakages—revenue, attendance, client cycle, stock, budgets.
- Performance Tracking & Reviews 
- Set and monitor KPIs for every role and department. 
- Ensure weekly, monthly, and quarterly results are tracked and escalated.
- Present performance updates to Chairperson with action plans.
- Cross-Functional Coordination 
- Act as the single connecting authority between departments. 
- Resolve bottlenecks related to ops, manpower, budgets, compliance, workflow.
- Push collaboration between clinics, product division, and D2C teams.
- Compliance & Discipline 
- Ensure legal, financial, HR, licensing, and operational compliance is followed. 
- Create a culture of discipline, punctuality, and zero-error execution.
- Growth, Innovation & Value Creation 
- Identify inefficiencies, new opportunities, and revenue streams. 
- Implement cost optimization and process automation.
- Improve client satisfaction, retention, and cross-sell/upsell performance.
KPIs FOR THE COO
- Monthly & quarterly revenue achievement across verticals.
- Profitability & cost control.
- SOP compliance score across departments.
- Efficiency metrics: lead conversion, appointment flow, stock optimization, timelines.
- New project / clinic launch success.
- Team performance and retention.
- CRM adoption and reporting discipline.
- Reduction in operational issues and escalations.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- 10–20 years of leadership experience in operations / business management.
- Strong background in scaling multi-location or consumer-service businesses.
- Excellent command in strategy, execution, team handling, and numbers.
- Tech-savvy: CRM, automation, dashboards, process tools.
- Strong communication, decision-making, authority, and accountability mindset.
- Ability to work directly with Chairperson and drive organisation-wide change.
