Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Recruitment Lead to drive and manage the end-to-end recruitment process across all departments. This role requires strategic thinking, team leadership, and a deep understanding of talent acquisition best practices. The Recruitment Lead will work closely with department heads and senior leadership to ensure timely hiring of top talent aligned with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Planning & Execution

● Develop Recruitment Strategy: Design and implement a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy that aligns with business needs and growth goals.

● Workforce Planning: Partner with senior leadership to forecast hiring needs for both internal teams and external client placements.

● Budget Management: Own and manage the talent acquisition budget

● Employer Branding: Collaborate with marketing to position Wyred/Idex/2Bcreative as a top destination for creative talent by engaging with the creative community online and offline. Team

Leadership & Development

● Lead & Mentor: Manage, train, and develop a high-performing team of recruiters and talent partners, fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration.

● Performance Management: Set clear performance goals (KPIs/OKRs), establish monitoring systems, and conduct regular performance evaluations.

● Process Definition: Clarify roles, responsibilities, and process flows for each team member to ensure clear communication and accountability.

● Motivation: Implement systems for motivation and appreciation to maintain high team morale and address any compliance issues.

Recruitment Operations & Process Optimization

● End-to-End Recruitment: Take full ownership of the recruitment lifecycle—from sourcing and screening to offers and onboarding—for a wide range of creative roles.

● Sourcing & Channel Management: Proactively source candidates from various online and offline channels, including LinkedIn, Indeed, and employee referrals.

● Technology & Data Management: Utilize and streamline recruitment technology (ATS, HRMS software like Zoho Recruit, Power BI) to create a single, trackable system.

● Candidate & Client Management: Ensure an exceptional experience for candidates. Serve as a key contact for clients to understand their needs, manage expectations on budget and timelines, and ensure successful placements.

Data & Reporting

● Metrics & Analysis: Establish, track, and report on key recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, source effectiveness) to make data-informed decisions.

● Data Integrity: Implement a streamlined data management system to store and easily retrieve candidate information from all sources for future needs.
