Senior Technical Recruiter/Lead IT Recruiter

Location:

Key Responsibilities:

Candidate Sourcing & Pipeline Building

  • Source and attract qualified candidates for
    technical roles across India region
    .
  • Leverage job portals, social media platforms, professional networks, and innovative sourcing channels.
  • Build and maintain
    talent pipelines
    to support future hiring needs.

Recruitment Process Management

  • Manage
    end-to-end recruitment
    : sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and onboarding.
  • Partner with Hiring Managers to understand role requirements and recommend effective hiring strategies.
  • Ensure a seamless candidate experience and timely communication throughout the process.

Stakeholder Management & Collaboration

  • Work closely with internal stakeholders, leaders, and global hiring teams to align recruitment strategy with business goals.
  • Provide regular updates and insights on market trends, candidate availability, and hiring metrics.

Performance & Reporting

  • Achieve and exceed recruitment KPIs such as
    time-to-fill, quality of hire, and candidate satisfaction
    .
  • Maintain accurate documentation of recruitment activities, candidate databases, and sourcing metrics.

Key Qualifications

  • Graduate/Postgraduate with
    7-10 years of experience
    in Talent Acquisition for
    IT Services/Software or HR Consulting industries
    .
  • Strong expertise in sourcing through
    job portals, professional networks, and innovative methods
    .
  • Excellent
    communication and writing skills
    ; ability to engage candidates and stakeholders with professionalism.
  • Strong
    analytical, logical thinking, and problem-solving abilities
    for effective resume sourcing.
  • Highly
    result-oriented, process-driven
    , and able to work independently in a
    fast-paced global environment
