Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Bengaluru for a CAM Programmer. The CAM Programmer will be responsible for creating, testing, and optimizing CNC programs based on technical drawings and design requirements. Day-to-day tasks include interpreting technical designs, programming CNC milling and machining equipment, collaborating with team members to meet project specifications, and ensuring high precision and quality in production outputs.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Technical Drawing interpretation and understanding precision manufacturing requirements
  • Strong skills in CNC Programming, including creating, editing, and optimizing programs
  • Experience with Milling and Machining operations for complex and high-accuracy components
  • Problem-solving skills and attention to detail to ensure high-quality output
  • Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site manufacturing team environment
  • Previous experience in the precision machining or manufacturing industry is preferred
  • Diploma or degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing, or related technical field
