CAM programmer

Position Summary:

Prepare the NC codes in CAM software for CNC machining – milling and drilling. Preparing including plan of clamping in machines.

Work You'll Do:

- Data editing and preparation

- Determination of machining technology

- Creation of NC code according to technical specifications and customer requirements

- Creation of the plan of clamping

Team:

CAM programmer

Basic Qualifications:

- Knowledge of English language

- Availability to travel to Czech for Training

- Working to European Time Zone to overlap at least half of the day for communication

- Advanced knowledge of CAD/CAM Siemens NX

- Knowledge of Vericut - CGTech

- Previous experience as a CAM programmer

- Basic knowledge of working with PC and MS Office products

- Orientation in mechanical engineering tables

- Excellent knowledge: ability to read and navigate technical documentation

- Excellent knowledge: technological design of drawing documentation orientation in technical standards knowledge of technical drawing

- Excellent knowledge of the language of machine tool control systems

- Excellent knowledge of metal cutting technologies - milling / drilling

Preferred Qualifications:

• Diploma or Post Diploma in Mechanical
• Mechanical Engineering with Tooling background
• GTTC or NTTF candidates
• 2-4 Years as a CAM programmer - milling
