Role: Luxury Brand Marketing- Assistant Manager
Location - Gurgaon
Role Overview:
Own the Umbrella brand campaigns and brand purpose initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Understand the market and brand in detail
 - Strong analytical and creative ability
 - Clear plan on how to win in the market against competition, in a given category
 - Plan & execute 360* marketing campaigns for our brands, with clear goals and metrics in mind
 - Clear understanding of the digital space and digital campaigns
 - Work with cross-functional teams to think of levers to lift the brand and grow it
 - Growth mindset and ambition to take ambitious targets
 - Strong bias for action and quick action
 
Qualification and Experience:
- Master's degree in management/marketing, preferably from Tier 1 institutes
 - Experience: 1+ years of marketing experience where brand campaigns have been managed
 - Preferred - Experience in face categories
 - Strong analytical bent of mind, to lay out clear brand strategy
 - Digital media understanding, planning and evaluation.
 - Strong creative sensibilities
 - High ownership and passion, and fast action ability
 - Ability to work with multiple stakeholders/agencies.
