THE OPPORTUNITY

This isn't a typical internship. You will be the first HR hire and a core member of our founding team. You will have the unique opportunity to build a high-performing team from the ground up and shape the culture of a mission-driven company. You will work directly with the founder to recruit the talent that will bring AgriGenAI to life. This role is for someone who is not afraid of a challenge and wants to make a tangible impact on a massive scale.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

  • Lead Talent Acquisition:
     Own the end-to-end recruitment process for our founding intern team (approx. 9 roles across technical and business domains).
  • Craft the Narrative:
     Develop compelling job descriptions that attract ambitious, mission-aligned candidates.​
  • Build the Pipeline:
     Identify and engage top talent from leading agricultural and engineering institutions, managing relationships with college placement offices.
  • Screen and Select:
     Conduct initial screenings and interviews to identify candidates with the right blend of technical skill, passion, and entrepreneurial spirit.
  • Shape the Foundation:
     Manage the onboarding process and draft essential legal documents (Internship Agreements, NDAs) to build a professional and secure operational framework.
  • Drive Operations:
     Assist the founder with project coordination, progress tracking, and administrative tasks crucial for an early-stage Startup.

COMPENSATION & THE PROMISE

  • Phase 1 (Months 1-3):
     This is an unpaid, intensive learning and contribution period. We are looking for individuals who believe in the long-term vision and are willing to commit their time and energy to build it with us.​
  • Phase 2 (Post-3 Months):
     High-performing interns will be eligible for a monthly stipend ranging from ₹10,000 to ₹20,000, based on performance and qualifications.
