Joining Time: Immediate-2 weeks

Education: Any Bachelor's (Required) with computer science knowledge.

Contract tenure: 6 – 12 months (subjected to performance we might even provide full-time opportunity).

Responsibilities:

  • Part of the talent acquisition team assist in the recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, schedule and coordinating interviews.
  • Support the documentation and onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.
  • Responsible to maintain employee records and update HR databases with accurate information.
  • Participate in employee engagement activities and cultural initiatives.
  • Conduct research on HR best practices and industry trends.
  • Assist with performance management processes, including performance reviews and goal setting.
  • Support the HR team with various administrative tasks and projects.
  • Assist in organizing training and development programs for employees.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and adhere to ethical standards.
