About the Role:

We are looking for a passionate and proactive HR Recruiter Intern to join our Human Resources team. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment processes, candidate engagement, and talent acquisition strategies in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in sourcing and screening candidates through various platforms (LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, etc.)
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers
  • Maintain and update the candidate database and recruitment trackers
  • Support HR team in onboarding and documentation activities
  • Participate in employer branding initiatives and campus recruitment drives
  • Communicate effectively with candidates to ensure a smooth recruitment experience
  • Contribute ideas to improve hiring processes and candidate engagement

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree (or pursuing final year) in HR, Business Administration, or related field
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and eager to learn HR and recruitment processes
  • Basic understanding of recruitment tools and social media platforms is a plus
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and maintain attention to detail
