About the Role

As the Marketing Head, you'll spearhead marketing strategy and execution for both domestic and international clients (including London-based accounts). You'll lead a team of marketers, creatives, and strategists to deliver impactful campaigns that drive measurable business results.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies across digital channels (Meta, LinkedIn, etc.)

Lead the performance marketing function, optimizing for ROI, CAC, and retention

Oversee brand positioning, creative direction, and campaign messaging

Build and maintain strong client relationships with a consultative and data-driven approach

Collaborate with creative, content, and design teams to ensure cohesive brand storytelling

Stay ahead of market trends and emerging tools to bring innovative marketing solutions

Manage marketing budgets, analyze performance metrics, and prepare regular reports for leadership and clients

Requirements

MBA or Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field

3-4 years of experience in digital marketing or brand strategy (preferably in an agency setting)

Proven expertise in Meta Ads and performance marketing campaigns

Strong grasp of social media strategy, content marketing, and brand communications

Experience managing both domestic and international clients

Exceptional leadership, project management, and analytical skills
