About Us:

Eagle Information Systems Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a dynamic Head Marketing & Communication to lead nationwide marketing, branding, and communication initiatives. The role involves shaping Eagles market presence, driving awareness for its IT service portfolio, and positioning the company as a trusted brand in technology solutions, staffing, and cybersecurity.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Develop and execute Eagles marketing and communication strategy aligned with business growth plans.
  • Build and strengthen the brand identity and public image through PR, media, and awards.
  • Lead digital marketing and lead generation campaigns across social, web, and email channels.
  • Manage corporate communications, events, and partner co-marketing initiatives.
  • Create and oversee impactful marketing collaterals, website content, videos, and newsletters.
  • Drive go-to-market campaigns for new service launches and expansion projects.
  • Track marketing ROI, campaign analytics, and performance KPIs.

Required Skills :

  • Proven experience in B2B marketing and brand communication.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing, PR, and campaign management.
  • Excellent storytelling, content creation, and leadership skills.
  • Creative and analytical mindset with ability to work across functions.
  • Familiarity with tools such as Zoho, HubSpot, or Google Analytics preferred.

Qualifications :

  • MBA/PGDM in Marketing, Communication, or related discipline.
  • Certifications in Digital Marketing / PR / Branding are desirable.
