Your key deliverables will be to: Receive invoices from vendor and update in invoice trackerPrepare invoice stamp, review correctness of invoices, and obtain approval from property manager before sending to back office team for booking in accounting software.Process vendor payments and conduct vendor reconciliation twice a year with balance confirmation from vendorsYou will be responsible to accurate generation of common area maintenance, utility and other invoice, collection, updating in accounting software.Ensure the preparation of year-end expense reconciliation reports and monitor tenant collections/credits.Monitor collections and coordinate default proceedingsPrepare all financial reports and review with Compliance and Liaisoning Manager.Assist in annual budget preparation and year-end recoveries.Location: On-site –Gurugram, HRScheduled Weekly Hours:48If this job description resonates with you, we encourage you to apply even if you don't meet all of the requirements.  We're interested in getting to know you and what you bring to the tableJLL Privacy NoticeJones Lang LaSalle (JLL), together with its subsidiaries and affiliates, is a leading global provider of real estate and investment management services.
