We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Secretary with a minimum of 1 year experience, to join our Kolkata office. The ideal candidate will handle administrative tasks, manage scheduling, maintain office records, and support day-to-day operations. This role requires a dependable individual with strong attention to detail, time management skills, and the ability to work independently. Proficiency in English is required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage schedules, appointments etc.
- Handle phone calls, emails, and correspondence
- Maintain files, records, and documentation
- Assist in day-to-day office administration
- Coordinate with internal departments and external contacts
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as needed
- Coordinate meetings
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹18, ₹25,000.00 per month
