Key Responsibilities
Lead Management & Conversion:
Handle incoming leads from campaigns, webinars, referrals, and partnerships.
- Qualify leads based on learner profile, career goals, and readiness to enroll.
Conduct one-on-one counselling calls, demos, or webinars to guide learners.
Sales Target Achievement:
Own individual sales targets and achieve/exceed monthly enrollment goals.
- Present course details, ROI, and placement support to potential learners.
Handle objections related to fees, career support, or non-IT backgrounds.
Process & Reporting:
Maintain accurate lead and conversion data in CRM.
- Share weekly reports on progress, conversion rates, and pipeline status.
Collaborate with marketing and student success teams to maximize lead quality.
Mentorship (Optional / Preferred):
Guide junior BDEs or interns in the team (if applicable).
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelors degree (any stream).
- 1.5-5 years of experience in sales, preferably EdTech, B2C, or online education sales.
- Proven record of achieving individual sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and counselling skills (Hindi + English).
- Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and adaptable to a fast-paced environment.
