Job Overview
We are seeking a Senior Project Manager in Sales Marketing to join our team in the Delhi NCR region. The ideal candidate will have 7 to 10 years of work experience and be responsible for overseeing sales and marketing projects to enhance our market position. This role will be based in Delhi, Gurgaon, Faridabad, Noida, and Ghaziabad, requiring a strategic thinker with great expertise in project management and sales.
Qualifications and Skills
- Project Management (Mandatory skill): Demonstrated ability to plan, execute, and finalize projects while managing resources and timelines effectively.
- B2B Sales: Extensive experience in B2B sales processes, understanding customer needs, and delivering tailored solutions to maximize business growth.
- Market Analysis: Proficient in analyzing market trends and consumer behavior to inform strategic planning and forecasting.
- Sales Forecasting: Skilled in developing sales forecasts that align with market dynamics and business objectives to drive revenue goals.
- Channel Development: Ability to establish and optimize sales channels to enhance market reach and improve sales performance.
- Pricing Strategy: Expertise in developing and implementing pricing strategies that balance competitiveness with profitability.
- Territory Management: Capable of managing sales territories efficiently to maximize customer outreach and drive sales performance.
- Trade Marketing: Experience in executing trade marketing activities to promote brand visibility and support sales initiatives.
