Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Project Sales Manager, based in Delhi, India. This position involves identifying and developing new sales opportunities, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets. The candidate will oversee sales processes,
provide product recommendations tailored to customer needs, and collaborate closely with the project team to ensure successful execution. Additional responsibilities include market analysis, generating reports, and participating in strategic planning to drive business growth.
Candidates must have experience in Building materials industry. Deals with Architect/Interior Designer/ builders/ PMC /Kitchen Manufacturer. Meeting with these all influencers for product specification & generate leads.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, project management, and client relationship management
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Understanding of market analysis and strategy development
- Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
- Knowledge of decorative laminates and related industries is an advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field
- Proficiency in CRM software and basic Microsoft Office tools
- Self-motivated, goal-driven, and capable of working in a team-oriented environment
