Role Description

Minimum 20 Years Experiance

Review and verify Implementation Plans, Construction Development plans in line with Cargo

City Master Plan, Architectural Drawings, any other Design Submittals.

 Ensure alignment with Basic Development Requirements and terms of the Concession

Agreement.

 Review Site management plan incl. works schedule, work areas, provision of barricades,

fencing and necessary hoarding, signage actions and details of tra􀆯ic management plan

 Review Safety, Hygiene, and Emergency Response Plans.

Monitor construction activities and adherence : approved plans.

 Submit monthly progress reports

 Provide clarifications and ensure Concessionaire's compliance with standards.

 Coordinate with the Project Management consultant, project architect and the EPC

contractor for construction quality management / assurance monitoring, compliance and to

render overall services as described above.
