We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sales, Marketing, Business Development Manager to lead our business growth and client acquisition efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies for brand visibility and lead generation
  • Manage and grow all social media platforms, create content calendars, and run ad campaigns
  • Build and maintain a client database and manage CRM
  • Handle client inquiries, pitch services, and convert leads into confirmed projects
  • Build strong B2B and B2C networks with architects, builders, and HNIs
  • Oversee end-to-end client journey — from first meeting to final project handover
  • Track project progress, ensure timelines, and manage client communication
  • Represent the brand in exhibitions, industry events, and networking meets

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales, marketing, or business development (preferably in interior/design industry)
  • Excellent communication & presentation skills
  • Knowledge of social media management and digital marketing tools
  • Strong client relationship & project coordination skills
  • Leadership ability and target-driven mindset

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
  • 3+ years of relevant experience
  • Proficient in CRM and digital tools (e.g., Meta Ads, Canva, Google Sheets)
