Role Description

This is a full-time on-site position basedipn Bihar, India. The State Lead will oversee the implementation of Udayan Care's programs across the assigned region, ensuring that strategic goals and objectives are met. Key responsibilities include coordinating with stakeholders, managing program operations, developing strong partnerships, conducting field visits to monitor activities, preparing reports, and ensuring compliance with organizational and donor requirements. The role also involves engaging in advocacy efforts and building networks to strengthen the impact of Udayan Care's mission in the region.

Qualifications

  • Program management and leadership skills, with experience in managing social development programs
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills to work collaboratively with stakeholders and diverse teams
  • Monitoring and evaluation expertise, with proficiency in preparing and analyzing program reports
  • Skills in advocacy, policy engagement, and partnership building
  • Good organizational skills and problem-solving abilities to handle multiple responsibilities effectively
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in social work, management, social sciences, or a related field
  • Prior experience in the non-profit or social development sector is highly preferred
