Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Indore for a Customer Relationship Executive - Retail Operations. The responsibilities include handling customer inquiries, addressing concerns, and ensuring customer satisfaction by providing resolution and assistance. The role involves maintaining relationships with existing customers, managing feedback, coordinating with internal teams for efficient service delivery, and improving the overall retail customer experience. Additionally, the role involves working proactively to enhance the company's customer service standards and processes.

Qualifications

  • Customer Service skills, including the ability to resolve customer inquiries and ensure satisfaction
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
  • Problem-solving abilities and aptitude for handling challenging situations efficiently
  • Ability to collaborate across teams and manage customer feedback effectively
  • Attention to detail, organizational skills, and proficiency in relevant CRM tools
  • Prior experience in retail operations or customer relationship management is preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is desirable
  • Positive attitude, ability to work on-site in Indore, and a commitment to upholding the highest standards of service
