The Finance function operates as a global team through the partnership of a series of enterprise-focused and business-embedded groups. Purpose of the roleAs the Senior Finance Manager, Global Admin Analytics Team (GAAT), you will have the opportunity to lead, build, and develop a team of 10+ analysts.  This impactful role provides critical leadership to effectively manage SG&A investments for all General Mills segments and functions.  The role provides cross-functional global exposure and interaction with multiple Finance teams.  GAAT is on a journey to modernize our processes and maximize enterprise value by bringing relevant, data-driven insights to our stakeholders through external insight and modern technology.  Critical success factors for this role include the ability to understand key business assumptions and drivers, understanding of financial systems and processes, as well as the ability to effectively communicate with and educate business partners while demonstrating a strong overall customer service orientation.KEY ACCOUNTABILITIESLead, build and develop a team of 10+ analystsKey partner in supporting the complex process of forecasting, planning and actuals review for >$2.5B in Enterprise SG&A spendPartner with US based GAAT members to deliver an efficient Spring Plan admin processEffectively communicate with and educate budget owners while demonstrating a strong overall customer service orientationEstablish processes, make process improvements, and effectively organize work (Process Excellence)Identify and partner with Global FP&A Capabilities team on tool enhancements ideas, testing to improve quality of insights. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONSFull Time graduation from an accredited university (Mandatory)Professional Certification: B.
