Job Summary:

The CRM – Service is responsible for managing customer relationships post-vehicle service, ensuring high customer satisfaction, handling feedback, complaints, follow-ups, and coordinating with the service team to deliver a premium Jeep service experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Contact customers after vehicle service to collect feedback and satisfaction scores
  • Handle customer complaints, concerns, and escalations professionally
  • Ensure timely follow-ups on pending service issues and repeat visits
  • Coordinate with service advisors, technicians, and managers to resolve customer concerns
  • Maintain accurate customer records and service history in CRM/DMS systems
  • Monitor and improve Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) scores
  • Remind customers about service due dates, campaigns, and recalls
  • Ensure adherence to Jeep brand standards and service processes
  • Prepare daily/weekly CRM reports for management review
  • Support customer retention and loyalty programs

Required Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Customer handling and complaint resolution skills
  • Basic knowledge of automobile service processes
  • Familiarity with CRM software / Dealer Management System (DMS)
  • Good listening, problem-solving, and coordination skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple customers
  • Professional attitude and customer-focused mindset

Qualification & Experience:

  • Graduate / Diploma (Any discipline)
  • 1–3 years experience in CRM / customer service (Automobile service preferred)
  • Freshers with strong communication skills may also be considered

Preferred Candidate Profile:

  • Experience in automobile dealership (Service CRM)
  • Knowledge of Jeep / premium automobile brand standards
  • Willingness to work in a fast-paced service environment

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20, ₹32,730.34 per month
