Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and customer-focused CRM Executive to maintain relationships with clients and ensure a smooth post-sales process. This role is crucial for maintaining customer satisfaction, tracking payments, and ensuring prompt collections. The ideal candidate should have prior expertise in real estate or construction, excellent communication skills, and an in-depth knowledge of CRM  processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and manage outstanding payments, follow up regularly for collections, and ensure adherence to payment schedules.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers post-booking, providing timely updates and support.
  • Maintain and update the CRM database with accurate client and payment information.
  • Collaborate with the accounts team to generate payment reminders, demand letters, and track receipts.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage timely payments and foster trust.
  • Handle client queries and concerns professionally and escalate issues when needed.
  • Generate and analyze CRM and collections reports for management review.
  • Coordinate with internal departments (sales, finance, legal, construction) to resolve customer issues and ensure a smooth experience.
  • Support sales and marketing teams in customer communication and engagement initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with customer data protection regulations and internal company policies.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelor's/ Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or related field.
  • 1-2 years of experience in a CRM, collections, or client servicing role.
  • Proficiency in CRM software
  • Strong understanding of payment terms, invoicing, and collection follow-up processes.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of real estate sales agreements, payment schedules, and RERA guidelines.
  • Experience handling handovers and post-sale documentation.
