Position Overview:

We are seeking a Sales Executive / Senior Executive Sales profession with a proven record in managing CRM systems and sales pipelines. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing customer data through Bigin (by Zoho CRM), supporting sales operations, and ensuring effective communication between departments and clients. The role demands strong management, interpersonal, and communication skills to drive customer engagement and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

A. Sales Operations & CRM Management:

  • Manage and maintain data within Zoho Bigin, ensuring accuracy and completeness of leads, deals, and customer records.
  • Monitor the sales pipeline and assist in forecasting and reporting performance metrics.
  • Develop and optimize workflows and automations within CRM to streamline sales processes.
  • Coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely follow-up and conversion of leads.

B. Communication & Coordination:

  • Serve as the communication bridge between merchandising, marketing, and management teams.
  • Prepare periodic reports and dashboards for the management team highlighting progress, bottlenecks, and opportunities.
  • Support management in execution of CRM-driven campaigns, customer engagement, and retention initiatives.

C. Process & Performance:

  • Ensure adherence to standardized CRM processes and maintain hygiene in data entry and updates.
  • Identify and implement automation improvements to enhance productivity and reporting accuracy.
  • Participate in team reviews, sales meetings, and performance discussions with leadership.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Any Degree (Bachelor degree preferred).
  • Experience: 2-4 years of experience in Sales Operations or CRM Management.
  • CRM Exposure: Proven experience with Zoho Bigin (mandatory).
  • Experience designing workflows, data automations, or handling large data sets within CRM systems.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with attention to detail.
