As we scale our learning ecosystem to meet evolving business needs, we are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented L&D Operations Lead to drive operational excellence, streamline program management, and ensure seamless execution of our learning initiatives. This role is critical in enabling our teams to deliver high-quality, scalable, and data-driven learning solutions across the organization.

What you will enjoy in this role:

• Being at the heart of Epsilon's learning transformation journey, working closely with cross-functional teams including HRBPs, Capability Leads, and Business Leaders.
• Leading the orchestration of flagship programs
• Managing digital learning platforms (e.g., Udemy, Pluralsight, LinkedIn Learning) and curating content that aligns with business goals.
• Driving innovation in learning operations through data analytics, learner experience design, and continuous process improvement.
• Collaborating with global and regional stakeholders to align learning strategies with organizational priorities.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage end-to-end learning operations including scheduling, logistics, reporting, and stakeholder communication.
• Oversee the administration and optimization of digital learning platforms including content curation, license management, and learner engagement analytics.
• Maintain and enhance L&D repositories such as the L&D Vault and Teams Channel, ensuring accessibility and version control.
• Partner with business units to align learning plans with strategic goals, including quarterly reviews and capability-building roadmaps.
• Track and report on learning metrics, budget utilization, and program effectiveness through dashboards and executive summaries.
• Support the design and execution of learning events such as DevelopU Week, Craft Cafes, and Leader Talks.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and external standards for learning delivery and data management.

Qualifications

• 8-12 years of experience in Learning & Development, with a strong focus on operations and program management.
• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in creating periodic training reports for Business Leaders.
• Proven expertise in managing enterprise LMS systems, with admin/super user-level experience on Adobe Learning Manager.
• Hands-on experience in creating automated workflows using Microsoft Power Automate to streamline L&D processes.
• Proficiency in building and managing Power BI dashboards for learning analytics and reporting.
• Strong background in budget planning, tracking, and vendor management for L&D programs.
• Demonstrated ability to design and implement knowledge checks and assessments aligned with the Kirkpatrick Evaluation Framework.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working in a matrixed, global organization is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Education, or related field; a Master's degree or certification in L&D is an advantage.
