Market Specialists Machine Tools (Aerospace, Medical, Defence)

Job Description:

We are looking for 3 Independent Market Specialists to drive our growth in Aerospace, Medical, and Defence sectors. Our current penetration into these industries is limited, and we want to strengthen our presence with seasoned professionals who can open doors and build sustainable business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop business opportunities in Aerospace, Medical, Defence industries.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Position and promote our machine tools in line with industry needs.
  • Provide inputs on market intelligence, competitor activities, and sector strategies.
  • Work independently while coordinating with internal teams for closures.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  • 10-15 years of proven experience in Sales/Marketing of Machine Tools or related capital equipment.
  • Strong industry network in one or more target segments (Aerospace/Medical/Defence).
  • Track record of business development and achieving sales targets.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Independent, self-motivated, and entrepreneurial mindset.
