Job Description:
  1. New Client Acquisition with big-ticket Margin: The dealer is responsible for acquiring new clients who can bring in substantial trading volume (Minimum 1 Lac per Client) to generate brokerage for the company.
  2. Advising clients on Equity and Derivative Investments: The dealer provides guidance and recommendations to clients regarding their investments in the equity and derivative markets to encourage more trading activity.
  3. Placing Orders on Behalf of Clients: The dealer performs order execution on trading terminals on behalf of clients, ensuring smooth and timely transactions.
  4. Promoting Online Trading: The dealer encourages clients to use online platforms (Mobile, Web, and Exe) for trading, making it more convenient for them and increasing trading volumes.
  5. Building Client Relationships and Education: Developing and maintaining long-term relationships with clients is crucial. Dealers also educate clients on various investment opportunities.
  6. Cross-Selling: Dealers have the opportunity to cross-sell other financial products and services to clients to enhance their investment portfolio.
  7. Achieving Targets: The dealer has specific targets related to new client acquisition and brokerage generation, which they are expected to achieve.
  8. Reactivation of Dormant Clients: Bringing back dormant clients into active trading is one of the responsibilities of the dealer.
  9. Ensuring Compliance: The dealer ensures adherence to surveillance risk and deal desk processes to maintain regulatory compliance.
