JOB SUMMARY

  • To lead and drive growth through indirect channels.
  • Focus on identifying, recruiting, managing, and growing relationships with sales channel partners to achieve revenue targets and market expansion.
  • Understands channel dynamics and has a proven track record in increasing sales through distribution networks.

KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

(Primary duties)

  1. Channel Partner Development & Management

  2. Identify and onboard new indirect sales partners

  3. Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing channel partners
  4. Conduct regular partner reviews and performance analysis
  5. Train and enable partners on product offerings, sales tools, and go-to-market strategies

  6. Sales Strategy Execution & Market Penetration

  7. Drive indirect sales through partner-led deals

  8. Set sales targets with partners and monitor performance against them.
  9. Collaborate with influencers (architects, contractors, consultants) to create pull demand
  10. Expand product visibility in underserved markets.

  11. Market & Competitive Intelligence

  12. Monitor market trends and competitor activities

  13. Provide feedback to internal teams for product improvement and market positioning

  14. Forecasting & Reporting

  15. Prepare accurate sales forecasts and pipeline reports

  16. Track, analyze, and report on indirect sales pipelines and weekly / monthly performance

  17. Cross-functional Coordination

  18. Work closely with production, technical coordination, finance and other support teams to ensure partner success

  19. Resolve partner-related conflicts or issues in a timely manner

FUNCTIONAL COMPETENCIES

  1. Deep understanding of channel sales models
  2. Strong network of dealers/distributors and knowledge of local markets
  3. Experience working with influencers like architects, builders, and contractors
  4. Familiarity with sales forecasting, territory management, and CRM systems
  5. Willingness to travel extensively across assigned territory

AGE: 30 & above QUALIFICATION: Bachelor degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field (MBA is a plus)
