About Seva Sadan Society:
Seva Sadan is a 117-year-old non-profit organisation. We run a Residential Home for underprivileged girls, schools in English and Marathi medium, a teachers' training college, and offer skill development programs. Managed by a voluntary committee, we impact approximately 700 beneficiaries annually and have a legacy of over a century of service.
Role Overview:
We are looking for a Manager – Administration to manage and execute the daily operations of our office and facilities. The role calls for a proactive, sharp, and organised professional to ensure the smooth operations of the Society.
Key Responsibilities:
- Facility Management: Oversee housekeeping, security, maintenance, and timely repairs.
- Vendor & AMC Management: Coordinate with vendors for IT, equipment, and service contracts; ensure AMCs are up to date.
- Regulatory & Compliance: Support Charity Commissioner filings, BMC permissions, and Education Department-related matters.
- Office Administration: Manage correspondence, records and ensure adherence to rules and policies.
- Liaison & Representation: Act as the face of Seva Sadan with authorities, partners, and visitors.
- Project Support: Assist with small projects and initiatives as assigned by the Managing Committee.
What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor's degree (required); Postgraduate preferred.
- 8–10 years of total experience with at least 5 years in an administrative/operations role.
- Strong interpersonal, English communication skills.
- Ability to take initiative and solve problems independently.
- Bonus: Prior NGO/charity sector experience, knowledge of compliance and regulatory processes, or experience in facility/office management.

Pay: ₹40, ₹50,000.00 per month
