**Role Overview**
We are seeking a detail-oriented **Back Office Administrator** to manage administrative tasks, data handling, and operational support. The role requires excellent organizational skills, accuracy, and the ability to coordinate with multiple teams efficiently.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Maintain and update company databases, records, and files.
- Process invoices, purchase orders, and expense reports.
- Prepare and manage reports, spreadsheets, and presentations.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth operational workflows.
- Assist in compliance, audits, and maintaining statutory records.
- Support HR and finance teams with data entry and documentation.
**Skills & Qualifications**
- Graduate in any discipline (Commerce/Business preferred).
- Strong knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Accuracy, confidentiality, and time management abilities.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
