As Saint-Gobain India evolves its people agenda to support ambitious growth and transformation goals, we are looking for a dynamic Talent Acquisition Leader to elevate our hiring strategy and outcomes. This role will lead a national TA function, spanning executive, lateral, and campus hiring, and will play a pivotal role in evolving how we attract, engage, and onboard the right talent at the right time.
This is a transformation mandate, with a strong emphasis on streamlining processes, enhancing candidate and business experience, and enabling a future-ready talent acquisition engine.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strengthen & Streamline the TA Function
- Assess and evolve the current talent acquisition operating model to improve agility, quality, and consistency
- Standardize and scale best practices across businesses and locations
- Establish robust, tech-enabled processes for end-to-end recruitment from workforce planning to onboarding
- Implement meaningful KPIs, dashboards, and governance mechanisms to drive accountability and continuous improvement
2. Lead Hiring Across Levels
- Own the hiring charter across executive, lateral, and campus hiring for all businesses and functions in India
- Deep partnership with HR and business leaders to translate workforce plans into talent pipelines
- Build differentiated sourcing strategies to attract diverse and high-potential talent across industries
- Oversee partnerships with recruitment agencies, campus institutions, and digital sourcing platforms
3. Champion Candidate Experience & Employer Brand
- Drive a consistent, compelling candidate experience that reflects Saint-Gobains values and purpose
- Enhance our employer brand positioning through digital outreach, campus programs, and industry partnerships
- Actively promote internal talent mobility and career growth as part of the attraction narrative
4. Enable Strategic Talent Decision-Making
- Provide talent market insights and hiring intelligence to influence business and HR decisions
- Contribute to strategic workforce planning and capability building conversations
- Play a key role in succession planning and leadership hiring, partnering closely with Group and Global teams where needed
5. Lead & Inspire
- Manage and coach a distributed talent acquisition team across India
- Build a culture of performance, collaboration, and service mindset within the TA team
- Influence stakeholders across functions, regions, and leadership levels through strong communication and change leadership
What You Bring
- 15 -18 years of experience in talent acquisition, with at least 3–5 years in a leadership role
- Proven success in managing large-scale, cross-functional hiring in a complex organization
- Experience in transforming and streamlining TA processes, ideally within a matrixed company
- Strong change management capability, with the ability to influence and align diverse stakeholders
- Hands-on experience in executive and campus hiring, along with a track record of building talent pipelines
- Comfort with recruitment technologies, data analytics, and modern sourcing techniques
- Deep passion for building high-performing teams and creating superior hiring experience
