About the Role
We are looking for enthusiastic and detail-oriented Customer Support Executives to join our growing team. This role requires strong written communication skills, fast and accurate typing ability, and a willingness to provide excellent customer service. If you are a fresher or have up to 6 months of experience in support roles, we'd love to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries and support requests efficiently.
- Communicate with customers primarily through written channels.
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness in responses.
- Maintain high levels of professionalism and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Freshers can apply; prior support experience is a plus.
- Strong written English skills.
- Typing speed: 45+ WPM with at least 90% accuracy.
- Candidates living close to HSR Layout preferred (having own vehicle is a plus).
- Commitment to stick with the role for the long term (frequent job hopping will be a red flag).
- Immediate joiners preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹10, ₹15,000.00 per month
