Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled Chatbot Developer to join our team to design, develop, and deploy intelligent, conversational AI solutions across multiple platforms. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in building chatbots using Dialogflow and Microsoft Bot Framework, with a strong understanding of omnichannel communication strategies

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and deploy chatbot solutions across multiple platforms (web, WhatsApp, Messenger, etc.).
  • Build and manage conversation flows, intents, and entities using NLP/NLU technologies.
  • Integrate chatbot systems with internal/external databases and APIs.
  • Write clean and efficient code using JavaScript and other relevant technologies.
  • Ensure chatbots can handle context switching, fallbacks, and multilingual support.
  • Maintain and enhance existing chatbot applications based on user feedback and analytics.
  • Monitor chatbot performance and continuously improve its accuracy and effectiveness.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 1–4 years of experience in chatbot development with proven Conversational AI project delivery.
  • Proficiency in chatbot platforms such as:
  • Dialogflow, Microsoft Bot Framework, Rasa, IBM Watson, or Twixor.
  • Strong programming experience with JavaScript preferred).
  • Solid understanding of Database concepts with hands-on experience in:
  • SQL (MySQL, PostgreSQL) or NoSQL (MongoDB, Firebase).
  • Experience integrating chatbots with APIs, CRMs, and backend systems.
  • Strong understanding of NLP/NLU, dialogue management, and context handling.
  • Ability to work with webhook implementations and third-party services.
