Conversational AI Engineer (Voice & Chatbot)

Role Overview:

We are looking for a Senior Engineer with deep expertise in NLP, speech recognition, and conversational AI frameworks to design and implement a robust voice and chatbot system. You will be hands-on in building prototypes, integrating APIs, optimizing models, and ensuring production-grade scalability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Architect and develop core conversational AI capabilities (chatbot and voice bot).
  • Work closely with product and design teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
  • Build, train, and optimize NLP/LLM-based models for natural conversation.
  • Integrate third-party APIs, speech-to-text, and text-to-speech systems.
  • Establish coding standards, testing practices, and best-in-class engineering practices.
  • Mentor junior engineers and collaborate with peers to drive innovation.

Qualifications:

  • 4-5 years of software engineering experience, with at least 3 years in NLP, voice technologies, or conversational AI.
  • Proficiency in Python/JavaScript ), with experience in AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face).
  • Hands-on experience with conversational AI platforms (Dialogflow, Rasa, Amazon Lex, Azure Bot Service, or LLM-based stacks).
  • Deep understanding of APIs, microservices, and cloud deployment (AWS/Azure/GCP).
  • Strong problem-solving and system design skills.
