Production Chefs

We're on the hunt for culinary minds who live for the craft and love the chaos. This is an open call for chefs, bakers, pastry prodigies, dessert engineers, and kitchen all-rounders ready to roll up their sleeves and help build the Greatest Of All Treats.
Responsibilities:
- Batch Production: Plan, prep, and execute top-notch production as per demand forecasts.
- Ingredient & Inventory Management: Keep an eye on stock levels and monitor ingredient quality.
- Process Optimization: Find smarter, cleaner, and more efficient ways to do things without compromising quality.
- Hygiene & Compliance: Follow food safety and hygiene protocols like your life depends on it (because our reputation does).
- Quality control and Sensory analysis: Taste, test, repeat. Trust your palate and instincts to catch what machines can't.
- Data & SOP: We're all about structure — clear checklists, logs, and systems to keep things smooth, scalable, and seriously sorted.
Requirements:
- Fresh grads from top culinary institutions welcome — if you've got the passion, we've got the platform.
- Proven experience in a fast-paced commercial kitchen, cloud kitchen, or production setup (bonus points if it's in desserts, bakery, or frozen desserts).
- Solid understanding of batch production, ingredient functionality, and food safety standards.
- Knowledge of balancing indulgence with structure to cater to diverse dietary preferences.
- Process-Oriented Mindset: You believe in structured workflows but also know when to improvise for greatness.
- Physical Stamina: Let's be real — this job involves standing, lifting, and moving around.
- Auditory and Visual abilities to observe and detect signs of emergency.
- You're willing to wear multiple hats, take on diverse roles, and changing priorities.
- You're a self-starter with a "can-do" attitude.
- You take pride in your product but are open to constructive feedback.
