We are looking for a motivated and organized Front Office Executive skilled in Microsoft Excel to join our team. The candidate will act as the first point of contact for clients and visitors, manage front desk activities, and support administrative functions to ensure smooth operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome visitors warmly and professionally
  • Manage incoming calls, emails, and direct them appropriately
  • Schedule and maintain appointments and calendars
  • Maintain visitor logs and records accurately
  • Handle basic administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and managing office supplies
  • Use Microsoft Excel for data management, reporting, and creating spreadsheets
  • Coordinate with different departments to facilitate communication and support office functions
  • Ensure the reception area is clean and well-organized.
  • Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Prior experience in a front office, receptionist, or administrative role
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including functions, formulas, and data organization
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Detail-oriented with good organizational skills
  • Basic knowledge of other MS Office applications (Word, Outlook) is a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15, ₹22,000.00 per month
