Jr. Demand Sales Operations Associate

As a Junior Demand Sales Operations Associate, you'll play a key role in supporting our demand sales team through data analysis and process optimization. You'll work closely with Sales, Account Management, AdOps, and Marketing teams to drive operational efficiency and campaign performance across DSPs and SSPs.
Day to day tasks include:- Assist in maintaining and optimizing demand-related operations for tracking leads, opportunities, and pipeline health
- Support the Demand Sales team with forecasting, reporting, and dashboard creation using tools like Excel, Google Sheets etc.
- Work on the domain approval pipeline
- Maintain sales documentation and internal records for client meetings, RFPs, and IOs
- Help streamline the sales process by identifying bottlenecks and recommending improvements
- Manage the Ad quality for the publishers.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing and Product for go-to-market initiatives
- Track key performance metrics (e.g., CPM, CTR, win rates) and prepare reports for internal stakeholders
- 0-1 years of experience in sales operations, media operations, or a similar role (internship experience welcomed)
- Familiarity with AdTech or digital media buying (DSPs, SSPs, DMPs, programmatic campaigns, etc.)
- Strong analytical skills; Excel/Google Sheets proficiency required (PivotTables, VLOOKUPs, etc.)
- Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive with strong communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Advertising, or a related field
