We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive CRM Operations Associate to strengthen our demand-side operations. This role sits at the core of Kapable's growth engine, ensuring seamless lead management, optimized CRM workflows, actionable reporting, and cross-functional alignment. You will act as the bridge between data, process, and execution — driving operational excellence while enabling the sales team to focus on conversion and performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Lifecycle Management: Oversee the complete journey of leads — from acquisition to conversion — ensuring accuracy, timely follow-ups, and zero leakages in the process.
  • CRM Management & Optimization: Maintain, audit, and optimize CRM workflows (HubSpot); ensure data hygiene, pipeline accuracy, and system efficiency. Troubleshoot lead or pipeline issues and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations.
  • Operational Audits & Reporting: Conduct regular audits on lead records, workflows, and dashboards to spot gaps, improve compliance, and maintain reporting integrity. Build and manage trackers, schedules, and dashboards for daily, weekly, and monthly reviews.
  • Outbound & Cold Lead Engagement Support: Support demand generation by structuring workflows for reactivating cold or dormant leads.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with sales, marketing, and product teams to streamline processes, align goals, and improve lead handling. Act as the point of contact for operational or CRM-related queries.
  • Insight-Driven Improvements: Use analytics and performance dashboards to identify trends, optimize workflows, and recommend process innovations.
