Job Purpose:

This role is responsible for enabling data-driven strategic decision-making across ecommerce, consumer products, and legal ecosystems. The Senior Manager will lead cross-functional teams, drive enterprise-wide analytics transformations, and develop modern forecasting and reporting capabilities that support executive leadership and commercial growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Analytics & Forecasting
  • Lead development of advanced forecasting models using machine learning and market harmonization.
  • Collaborate with pricing, category, and GTM teams to drive data-led growth strategies.
  • Translate business needs into analytical frameworks for high-impact decision support.
  • BI Modernization & Visualization
  • Drive transformation of legacy reporting into real-time, self-service dashboards using Power BI and SQL.
  • Enable Talk-to-Data and executive-friendly reporting tools to support strategic agility.
  • Ensure consistency and governance across all data and visualization assets.
  • Enterprise Transformation & Automation
  • Lead analytics modernization initiatives using tools like Python, Informatica, Power Automate, and VBA.
  • Deliver measurable efficiencies (e.g., report rationalization, resource optimization).
  • Identify opportunities to scale analytics operations across global teams.
  • Team Leadership & Stakeholder Management
  • Lead and mentor 612 analysts and BI professionals across agile delivery pods.
  • Partner with CXO-level stakeholders to influence strategic outcomes and ensure alignment.
  • Foster collaboration between data, business, legal, and finance teams.
  • Client Excellence & Risk Insight
  • Build trusted relationships with internal business leaders and global clients.
  • Deliver fast-turnaround, high-stakes reporting during critical business cycles or risk scenarios.
  • Lead root-cause analyses, audits, and simulations to support compliance and governance needs.
Qualifications:
  • 10+ years of experience in strategic analytics, demand forecasting, or business insights
  • Prior exposure to global CPG, ecommerce, or legal/professional services domains
  • Proficient in Power BI, SQL, Python, Excel (Advanced), and VBA
  • Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, GCP, AWS) and modern data ecosystems
  • Strong communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills
  • Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and lead transformation projects
Education:
  • Postgraduate degree in Management (MBA or equivalent) Preferred
  • Bachelors degree in Engineering, Statistics, Data Science, or related fields
