Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Business Transformation Manager to join our team. This role involves leveraging data and analytics to drive business growth, making accurate and fast decisions by building modern data architectures using cloud and open source.

This role requires hands-on contribution, customer engagement, and team management. You will contribute to organization building through training, mentoring, and developing repeatable analytic approaches.

You should have experience in strategy and business/technology consulting roles, conversant with process improvement, cost optimization, customer analytics, and experience management.

This role also requires demonstrated sustained client relations management experience at a C-suite/leadership level or senior management level in an industry role.

You should have an understanding of statistical and machine learning algorithms and any hands-on experience with analytical tools.
