Job Description :As an Openlink Endur/Findur Business Analyst, you will be a key player in analyzing, documenting, and delivering high-quality solutions to our clients. You will work closely with Front/Middle/Back Office, Operations, and Finance business users to gather requirements, develop use cases, and ensure successful implementation. Your expertise in Endur/Findur, combined with your understanding of the energy/commodity trading business, will be crucial to our success.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Work closely with business users to gather, document, and analyze business requirements.
  • Translate business needs into clear and detailed functional specifications and use cases.
  • Conduct gap analysis and propose solutions to address business challenges.
  • Configure and implement Openlink Endur/Findur functionalities to meet business requirements.
  • Provide expert knowledge of Endur/Findur modules and functionalities.
  • Support the full trade lifecycle, including trade capture, valuation, PnL, and settlement.
  • Develop and execute test plans and test cases.
  • Facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure successful implementation.
  • Provide post-implementation support and troubleshooting.
  • Analyze and optimize existing business processes within Endur/Findur.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and automation.
  • Provide recommendations for best practices and system enhancements.
  • Partner with business users and technical teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Provide training and support to end-users.

Key Skills :

  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with Openlink Endur, including v14 and above.
  • Strong understanding of Endur/Findur configuration and functionalities.
  • Working knowledge of

Open JVS, Open Components, Report Builder, and TPM (advantageous).

  • Strong understanding of the energy/commodity trading business, including Oil, Gas, Power, and Commodities.
  • Experience with linear and non-linear instruments in a commodity trading environment.
  • Strong experience in physical and financial gas, power, emissions, and coal trading, valuation, and PnL.
  • Understanding of the full trade lifecycle.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
  • Understanding of software implementation and testing principles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to adapt to changing working environments and practices.
  • Self-motivated and able to prioritize workload under pressure.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment.
  • Ability to work independently or in a team, to design, test, and document complex programs.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to provide optimal business system solutions from both a business and an IT perspective.

Education : Bachelor's degree in Engineering (BE/BTech), Master of Computer Applications (MCA), or related field. )
