Description:
The company is seeking a highly skilled Senior Web Analytics Specialist to join their team. As a key member of the analytics department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing data-driven solutions to drive business growth.

About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional to take on a leadership role in shaping the company's analytics strategy. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to design and implement data collection plans, develop dashboards and reports, and provide insights to inform business decisions.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement web analytics strategies to measure website performance and user behavior
- Design and deploy data collection plans using tag management tools like Google Tag Manager and Adobe Launch
- Build and maintain complex data models and SQL queries to extract insights from large datasets
- Collaborate with developers to ensure proper implementation of data layers and tracking codes
- Analyze and report on website traffic, engagement metrics, and conversion rates
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to present findings and recommendations to stakeholders

Requirements:
- 2-5 years of experience in web analytics, preferably with a focus on data modeling and analysis
- Strong understanding of web analytics tools and technologies, including Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager
- Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to communicate complex ideas to non-technical stakeholders
- Strong collaboration and project management skills, with ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
