A) Agency coordination and campaign management :-
- Briefing Agencies for new campaigns and sustainable campaigns ensuring clarity and alignment with objectives.
- Oversee and manage online and offline campaigns to ensure seamless execution.
- Media planning and execution strategies plan and implement media plans across print out of home digital and radio platforms to maximize camping reach.
- Creative development provides detailed creative briefs to the agency for weekly deliverable across all projects.
- Review creative provide constructive feedback and ensure timely approvals.
- Sales and marketing support connect with the sales team to provide creator materials for the sales support.
- Offer creative and promotional support to drive sales conversions.
- Digital marketing digital marketing over site conducts weekly review meetings with digital marketing agencies to access performance and align strategies.
- Monitor digital spends and cost for lead to optimise camping efficiency
- Performance focusing on qualified leads and site visits.
- Proactively push presales to achieve target visits.
- Event planning and execution plan and manage and to and events as channel partner meets office openings success parties and joint business class.
- Inventory and budget management maintain updated stock levels of Corporate materials to ensure readiness.
- Monitor and manage campaign budget.
B) Agency management:-
- Oversee the advertising agency by maintaining daily communication with the Clans servicing team to ensure smooth efficient and high quality creatives.
- Manage the digital marketing agency through regular calls with client servicing teams to get low CPL to ensure the daily delivery of quality leads.
- Manage walk through and elevation render agency resolving their queries and ensuring timely delivery.
- Coordinate with the AV production agency maintaining continuous communication to provide accurate information constructive feedback and ensure prompt visuals.
- Handle the scale model project by briefing the team sharing plans and selection and the monitoring education for timely completion.
- Coordinate with the GECI team for sales office planning layout office design and selection conduct Site visits to monitor progress and ensure timely project completion. Co-ordinate and manage site and office branding agencies by providing detailed specifications to vendors, arrange site visits and follow up to ensure proper execution.
- Plan events with the event agency conducting site research planning event flow and assisting seamless execution.
C) Vendor management:-
- Identify and select marketing Windows based on specific project needs and performance criteria
- maintain strong long term relationships with vendors.
- Negotiate competitive rates, payment terms and clear deliverables.
- Review and verify vendor invoices for accuracy.
- Generate PO for work and ensure all details are accurately documented.
- Coordinate closely with vendors to ensure timely execution.
- Check vendor work to ensure that it meets brand guidelines and quality standards.
- Give feedback to vendors addressing issues and encouraging better service.
- Ensure timely payments and request tax invoices from vendors
D) Site management:-
- Manage travel payments
- Maintain updates for pantry for customer visit
- Maintain stock of marketing material such as brochure, bags, unit plans, floor plans, ctb
- Review site expenses submitted by admin
