Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Senior Inside Sales role, located in Velachery. The Senior Inside Sales professional will be responsible for driving revenue through lead generation, nurturing client relationships, and working closely with prospective and existing customers to deliver solutions aligned with their logistics needs. Responsibilities include managing the sales pipeline, ensuring client satisfaction, and maintaining clear and professional communication with stakeholders at every stage of the sales process.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Inside Sales and Lead Generation
  • Strong focus on Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction
  • Excellent Communication skills
  • Ability to build and maintain client relationships in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in logistics or Dangerous Goods-related industries is a plus
  • Organizational skills and ability to meet targets and deadlines
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
