• Excellent written and verbal communication, strong editing skills.


• Superlative commitment, flexibility and motivation to stay focused and generate high quality leads.
• Familiarity with MS excel (analysing spreadsheets and charts).


• Excellent communication and Negotiation Skills, ability to deliver engaging presentations.


• Ability to collaborate with team members, Self-Motivated and organized.


• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing or related field.


• Experience in sales, marketing or related field.


• Strong communication skills and IT fluency.


• Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task, Excellent organizational skills.


• Ability to flourish with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty.


• Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.


• Comfortable using a computer for various tasks.

Role Description

This is a part-time remote role for a Human Resources Intern. The Human Resources Intern will be responsible for supporting HR management activities, creating and updating HR policies, assisting with employee benefits administration, and aiding in personnel management tasks. The intern will also help with other HR-related duties and projects as needed.

Qualifications

  • Knowledge of Human Resources (HR) principles and practices
  • Experience with HR Management and HR Policies
  • Understanding of Employee Benefits and Personnel Management
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
  • Ability to work independently and remotely
  • Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
