Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Operations Manager for our team in Ahmedabad. This is a full-time, mid-level role requiring 4 to 6 years of experience. The Operations Manager will play a pivotal role in optimizing workflows and improving operational processes. The successful candidate will lead a team, manage resources, and ensure smooth execution of construction management projects.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations to ensure the smooth execution of construction projects, guaranteeing adherence to deadlines and quality standards.

  • Lead the operations team, providing mentorship, guidance, and development opportunities to strengthen overall team performance.
