- Ensure smooth and timely project execution while adhering to cost, quality, and safety standards.
- Lead and mentor department heads such as
Production Head

Plant Supervisor

- Monitor and ensure
daily operations

are on track for all ongoing projects.
- Report project progress and operational insights directly to the CEO on a regular basis.
- Work with the senior leadership to align

Education Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in
  Mechanical Engineering
